Accommodations
The following hotels are recommended for CIRC PI Meeting attendees. It is straightforward to travel between any of these hotels and the meeting venue, either by public transportation (the Salt Lake Valley's TRAX light rail system) or by car.
Attendees should contact these hotels directly to make reservations. There is no “reserved room block” at any of these hotels for participants in the CIRC PI Meeting.

Little America, with 850 rooms, is a high-quality, family-friendly hotel located at the southern edge of the Salt Lake City downtown area. It is one block south of the Courthouse Station of the TRAX light rail system, where one can catch the University-bound TRAX Red Line to reach the CIRC PI Meeting venue. The TRAX Courthouse Station also provides easy access to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport via the TRAX Green Line.

The Hotel Monaco, with 225 rooms, is a top-rated boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. It is adjacent to the Gallivan Plaza Station of the TRAX light rail system. To reach the CIRC PI Meeting venue from Gallivan Plaza, first travel one block south (one stop) to reach the Courthouse Station. Disembark at Courthouse, and catch the University-bound TRAX Red Line to reach the CIRC PI Meeting venue. The Gallivan Plaza Station also serves the TRAX Green Line, which runs between Salt Lake City's downtown and the Salt Lake City International Airport.

The Marriott City Center, with 359 rooms, is located in Salt Lake City's downtown area near Gallivan Plaza. To travel to the CIRC PI Meeting venue or the Salt Lake City International Airport via the TRAX light rail system, walk one block west to reach the Gallivan Plaza Station, and then follow the directions provided earlier on this page (for the Hotel Monaco).

The Marriott University Park hotel, with 217 rooms, is located in Research Park, adjacent the University of Utah campus and outside the downtown area. The hotel has on-site amenities but is not walkably close to many off-site restaurants or amenities. It is not close to the TRAX light rail system. While one can walk from the Marriott University Park to the CIRC PI Meeting venue, the route is somewhat awkward and not particularly pleasant, especially in poor weather. This hotel is a good choice if you want to travel Salt Lake City by car.
