As described in past CCRI Program solicitations and the current NSF CIRC Program Solicitation, “All CIRC Grand, Dev, New, and ENS project budgets must contain funds each year for the PI to travel to the annual CIRC PI community meeting... Participation in CIRC PI community meetings is optional for PIs of CIRC Planning awards.”

Every participant in the 2023 CIRC PI Meeting must register to attend. To keep the meeting size manageable, each CIRC/CCRI project should limit its representation at the meeting to no more than

  • one or two project personnel (PI, co-PIs, and senior personnel), plus
  • for Grand, Dev, New, and ENS projects (i.e., not Planning projects), zero to two students supported by the award.

Registration includes participation in all the CIRC PI Meeting sessions,  plus meals and refreshments as summarized in the meeting agenda.

To register for and attend the CIRC PI Meeting, you must acknowledge and agree to follow the meeting's Code of Conduct.

When you register, you will be invited to suggest topics for the breakout sessions.
